Payment
We currently use PayPal to process all payments. You do NOT need a PayPal account to make a purchase. You can checkout as a guest with a credit or debit card through PayPal’s secure platform. Even if you have a PayPal account, you can still checkout as a guest through PayPal using a debit or credit card. Simply select “continue as guest” instead of signing in to your account once your reach the PayPal page.
All orders must be paid in full before your items can be shipped out. Payment must clear before shipping.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us. Orders can only be canceled IF they have not yet been processed and shipped.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the items, we cannot accept returns on tubie pads, Tubie Clips, and other products from our line of medical accessories. However, if there is a problem with the item, please contact us! We will do our best to ensure a product of the highest quality and that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Clothing items (such as cardigans and leggings) may be eligible for a return/refund, or exchange. Returns & exchanges will be decided on a case by case basis, so please contact us. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item MUST be in the original condition (i.e., no signs of wear, wash, pet hair, stains, or smells, including secondhand smoke smells), and you MUST contact us within 10 days of product arrival. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply. Refunds will not be issued until the product is received by us and determined to be in the original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or exchange in the event the item is not returned in the original condition or otherwise breaks the terms listed here.
Shipping
All Locations:
Our current processing time is 5-7 days. This means your order will leave our hands within 3-5 days, and then it will start its journey to you through the USPS. You can expect your order to arrive in (processing time) + (USPS transit time for the mail class you chose).
Shipping overages of $1.50 value and greater will be refunded.
Tracking is included with all shipments, regardless of method chosen.
We CANNOT ship to any address other than the address entered at checkout through PayPal. If you made a mistake when entering your address, please contact us. If the order has not yet been processed and shipped, we will issue a cancelation and refund in order for you to repurchase the item with the correct address entered.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe a package is missing, contact your local postmaster.
Domestic Shipping:
At this time, we offer USPS First Class shipping for all orders weighing 16 oz or less. First class shipping begins at $3, and varies based on the number and type of products in your order. First class shipping generally takes 5-7 days, or up to 10 days to arrive AFTER it is shipped out by us. Insurance is not included with First Class shipping, but may be purchased for an additional fee on request.
We also offer USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders, beginning at $5.95. Priority mail shipping takes 1-3 days AFTER it is shipped by us. Priority Mail also offers up to $50 of insurance included at no extra charge. Additional insurance may be purchased on request.
International Shipping:
You as the buyer are responsible for ALL customs/imports duties and fees. You may also be required to pick your package up at your local customs/post office. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we will not issue a refund until the package is back with us and we verify the contents is in its original condition. We will NOT mark any items as “gift,” “other,” or anything other than goods/merchandise on the customs forms. We will NOT enter an item value as anything other than the actual item value.
USPS First Class International shipping is offered for all orders weighing 16 oz or less. (If your order does not qualify for first class shipping due to weight we will contact you.) First class shipping begins at $13 for Canada, and $15 for all others with variations based on the number and type of products purchased. First class international shipping generally takes 7-21 days, or up to 6 weeks for delivery once shipped out by us. First class shipping does NOT include any insurance, but this may be purchased for an additional fee upon request.
USPS Priority Mail International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for full details and a quote.
Delivery confirmation is included with all priority mail shipments, as well as all first class shipments to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain, Switzerland, and Turkey.
Additional Policies & Questions:
International orders are subject to US sanctions as laid out by the OFAC. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in order to comply with US sanctions.
Why is there only an approximate size listed for the diameter of the pads?
Each pad is handmade by me (Laura). While I use the same size pieces for every tubie pad, some variation in size and shape does occur. However, most pads are the same size and shape.
My pad isn’t perfectly round. Why is this?
As stated above, all of tubie pads are handmade, so some variation is bound to occur.
I can’t find a pattern I saw earlier. Why is it gone/is it still available?
I enjoy changing up the patterns available, and because this is a small company, only a small number of each pattern is made (with the exception of white and grey pads). If you want a particular pad not currently available, please contact me and I will see if I can get more of the fabric pattern you want.
